How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Due to the artisanal craftsmanship involved, it may take up to 5 weeks for your piece to arrive. We promise that each piece will be worth the wait, as it carries the essence of our commitment to supporting local artisans. Where is the Brand Based?

While our current collection is handmade in Turkey, the headquarters are in Venice Beach California.

Can I arrange a fitting if I'm local to Los Angeles?

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

Experience the epitome of luxury and inclusivity with our unique sizing system. Departing from conventional labels, we offer a ONE SIZE or shoulder width first approach with our 1, 2, 3, 4 system, where our size 1 represents our smallest shoulder width and our size 4 represents our largest width. By prioritizing neck and shoulder widths, we have de-prioritized measurements like waist size to create a more inclusive garment. Click on the Sizing Guide for detailed sizing. The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product. While our shoulder width measurements are standardized, we understand that personalized fit preferences can vary. Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

What is your refund and return policy?

We want you to love your Desert Rae pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that custom hemmed pieces are ineligible for returns. To request a return or learn more about our policy, reach out to us at support@desertrae.com.

Can you tell me more about complimentary hemming and how it works?

We are committed to helping you walk in your power with confidence, which is why we offer custom hemming services to ensure the perfect length for each garment. Once you place your order, we will contact you to get your measurements for the hemming. However, please note that if you choose to have your piece hemmed, it is a final sale, and we kindly ask for your understanding that there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
